This Baga is from Alentejo, which is unprecedented, and tests the variety further south, where the schist, the sun and the heat have allowed it to mature to other levels. The result... is Baga as we've never tasted it, without ever ceasing to be itself.
A rustic Baga from Alentejo, as it should be, but warmer, with a different level of ripeness. No contact with barrels, which allows us to taste this unique variety in a more southerly region, as we've never seen it before.

Manual night harvest. Selection on a sorting table. The grapes are gently crushed and gravity-fed into the vat. Cold pre-maceration. Spontaneous alcoholic and malolactic fermentation. 30-day "Cuivason".
12 months in stainless steel.
Store at 12ºC, serve at 16ºC, to drink at 18ºC.
